Each year at the annual Watches and Wonders fair in Geneva, Cartier has one of the most hotly anticipated booths. Last year’s relaunch of the Baignoire almost single handedly reinvigorated the appetite for smaller, dress Cartier replica watches for sale with both women and men. We speak to Marie Laure Cérède, Cartier’s creative director of jewellery and UK 1:1 Cartier fake watches, on the thinking and creative process behind each of the new launches.

While the panther might be Cartier’s signature big cat, first gracing a watch in 1914, its new range of animal watches takes on a more abstract form. Featuring a lozenge-shaped dial, the trio of new perfect Cartier copy watches present an impressionistic interpretation of an animal. Says Cérède, “It’s a chimera as inspiration. Instead of sculpting the animal and the shape, we don’t know if it’s a zebra, tiger or a crocodile. We wanted to create a combination of creatures for an almost ‘animalistic architecture’. I think it’s very interesting for the future to insert new DNA to nourish our living heritage.”
The new high quality replica Cartier watches has a voluptuous oval shape inspired by a pebble, while the coloured stones that pave the watch and enamel detailing lend it a graphic look. There is texture, tactility and a three-dimensional quality, a testament to Cartier’s savoir faire and skill in sculpting and gem-setting.

But don’t expect a full menagerie in the near future. Says Cérède, “The purpose is not to add new ones, but rather to create new interpretations.”

While most top Cartier fake watches sit flat on the wrist, Cartier explored the idea of a sculptural 3D watch. “Usually you see flat watches, but to have a watch in three dimensions is very interesting,” says Cérède.
Lastly, the watch borrows a bit of the mystique and discretion of secret luxury replica Cartier watches from the past. “The idea of time mirroring on a polished surface is also a very interesting concept to us, as we have hidden the watch, but the time is still very visible. It’s a new notion of time… it contributes to its mystery. And it’s not only functionaland operational, it is something more poetic.”

The challenge was to be as close to this one as possible, taking into account that it was done by hand in the past. We thought we had to remain small because it’s part of its DNA.”
The new Monopoussoir simplifies the design—instead of two push buttons there is just one crown that is also used for the chronograph function. But what is unique about this year’s Tortue? “We have designed a new movement which follows the shape of the tortue—previously it was a round movement put in a tortue case. The new movement ‘obeys’ the case shape, which is very important for collectors,” says Cérède.
