When it comes time to look back at the year that was in watches and evaluate which brands had a good year and which had a stinker, we as enthusiasts often operate on purely a vibes basis. Which brands felt like they had a great 2024? Well, there’s one brand that can quite objectively be said to have had a good year, and that’s Cartier. While the rest of the watch industry finds itself amid a downturn, Cartier sales have remained strong, and according to the most recent Morgan Stanley Swiss watch market report, perfect Cartier replica watches is also one of only a handful of brands to have seen positive performance when it comes to secondary market prices – notably beating out Rolex and the Holy Trinity.
But let’s be a little less bookish here and be a bit more subjective. Just because a brand is selling well doesn’t necessarily mean they’ve been releasing truly compelling 1:1 wholesale Cartier fake watches… But Cartier has indeed had yet another strong year of releases. While 2024’s novelties haven’t been quite as paradigm-shifting as 2022’s or 2023’s, Cartier has still had more than enough tricks up their stylish Gallic sleeves to keep us entertained this year. Here are five of my (and the T+T team’s) favourites.
Replica Cartier Tank Louis Mini Watches
As the biggest-wristed member of the Time+Tide team, I’m not normally one for petit watches, but the new mini best Swiss fake Cartier Tank Louis references watches that came out this year – measuring just 24mm x 16.5mm – are easily some of my favourite watches of the year, full stop. This isn’t the first time in Cartier’s history that they’ve offered tiny Tanks, but on the ground in Geneva for Watches and Wonders as well as among my fellow collectors and even people I know who aren’t really into Cartier copy watches online, these itty-bitty Tanks have generated massive buzz.
Simply put, Cartier has captured the zeitgeist: 2024 has felt like the tipping point back towards smaller case diameters, but not all watch designs suit being shrunk. However, the Tank Louis does. Top UK Cartier replica watches has also exhibited care with this size reduction, ditching the Tank’s iconic chemin de fers minute track to free up more dial real estate and ensure these mini Tanks have a distinct look. Fake Cartier Panthère de Cartier Large Watches
Speaking of the smaller case diameter craze, Cartier actually attacked it from both angles this year. On one hand, we had the Tank Louis, a masculine (or rather unisex) watch get smaller, and then on the other hand, we had the high quality replica Panthère de Cartier watches get bigger. The Panthère has long existed as the feminine yin to the Santos‘ yang, but in 2024, a new and surprisingly masculine 31mm x 42mm diameter Panthère joined the range… And like the mini Tank, it’s undeniably hot.
I think I speak for a number of male watch enthusiasts when I say that I’ve always admired the Panthère’s design, but as someone with big wrists, I’d never be able to justify choosing one over a larger Santos. But maybe it’s the Timothée Chalamet effect – I can definitely see myself owning a Panthère Large. Like the mini Tank, it’s a two-hander with a quartz movement, which makes it slim and slinky, even more so than a Santos-Dumont – a consequence of its more supple, shinier bracelet that is an essential part of this Swiss made Cartier super clone watches’ character. I see it as very much complementing medium and large-size Santoses within the range: the more choices there are, the better. Price: US$5,700 (steel), US$10,200 (two-tone), US$30,000 (yellow gold)
Cartier Privé Tortue Replica Watches
While the team and I intend for these “our favourite x watches of 2024” articles to be reasonably objective cross-sections of each brand’s 2024 releases, they are ultimately subjective lists – which is why I’m putting the Tortue time-only ahead of the Tortue Monopoussoir. This monopusher chronograph is a cool China 2024 fake Cartier watches, and I’m glad to see Cartier revive it – but I have to dock it points for not bringing back the lovely guilloche dials of the original CPCP models or, perhaps more crucially, the Journe-Flageollet-Halter calibre 045 MC movement, opting for a new in-house but slightly less-lovely calibre 1928 MC.
I admit this is classic watch nerd nitpicking, but so be it. What I know for sure is that of all the Cartier replica watches for sale I had the chance to try on at this year’s Watches and Wonders, the time-only Tortue was the watch I wanted to abscond with the most. (By the way, I know Zach doesn’t necessarily agree with me here – check out his favourite Cartiers of Watches and Wonders 2024 here). Elegant Breguet hands; slim, understated cases; a Piaget-based manual-winding calibre… While they too lack guilloched dials, the silvered opaline dials of the platinum models combined with the case metal-matched hands and indices provide a stealthy, monochromatic and strangely contemporary twist to the Tortue formula that I find very alluring. Cartier Santos-Dumont Rewind Fake Watches
Cartier isn’t by any means a po-faced brand, but you’d more readily describe Cartier as being elegant rather than playful. However, the silly, gratuitous and undeniably charming Swiss online replica Cartier Santos-Dumont Rewind watches is easily the highlight release from the brand in 2024. At first glance, it’s an immediately captivating thing, with a rich carnelian red stone dial (and stone dials have been arguably the biggest trend of 2024), highly reflective Roman numeral indices and delicate Breguet hands, flanked by a ruby cabochon-topped crown that lets you know it’s made from platinum. But have another look at those numerals and you’ll see that they’re going the wrong way… What madness is this?
Yes, the Santos-Dumont Rewind does indeed run in reverse, which makes it slightly hard to read but a great deal more interesting than your average Santos. As Borna put it in his hands-on review, it’s a unique complication proposition done in a thoroughly uncomplicated way which demonstrates that Cartier knows how to be quirky and let its proverbial hair down every once in a while. Replica Cartier Reflection de Cartier Watches
I’d like to end this list with a watch that I don’t think was paid enough dues this year: the best quality Reflection de Cartier fake watches. Cartier is, of course, just as much of a jeweller as a watchmaker, and the Maison is often at its best when it merges these two worlds – which the Reflection de Cartier does brilliantly. Described by Cartier’s creative director Marie-Laure Cérède as a “veritable sculpture to wear on the wrist”, this bangle watch has an inspired, fluid design whereby the watch head faces a mirror-polished surface that offers a distortion-free reflection, giving both the wearer and everyone else two different looks at the time.
It’s a very clever effect, and one that’s perhaps best observed in person… But considering how limited this UK AAA copy Cartier watches‘ production has been, it’s one that I suspect very few people have seen in real life, which is perhaps why it’s flown somewhat under the radar. The other genius part about its design that also gets lost in translation just in photos is how surprisingly light it is on the wrist. Its design looks somewhat bulky, but because most of the substance of the bangle is made up of arcing hoops rather than solid metal, it’s airier than you might think – while also providing more facets for reflections to dance on.
